My tzatziki was near perfection!

After 12 hours in the fridge, if you turn the container upside down, the tzatziki does not fall out. But it threatens to. Perfect tzatziki, according to my buddy George, is so thick you have to struggle to get it out of  a container. George's grandma would be proud of me :)
