Found some more vintage patterns.
I suspect this was part of my mom's old stash of patterns. I found probably 10 or 12 patterns from the 1940's to the 1980s.

Eureka - the missing clothes resurfaces.
So while I kept thinking my clothes had hitchhiked a ride to Halifax with my daughter apparently, my clothes was in my sleeping bag compression bag. I never put clothes in there, and I rarely unpackage my sleeping bag compression bag at home.
So Thursday night or really early Friday morning at Raven's Knoll, when I took out my sleeping bag to sleep, I felt that there was stuff in the bottom of the bag, I looked, and low and behold my A&E shorts with the lace, my black bra, the green camisole, and a bunch of underwear I had not yet noticed were missing. NOTE TO SELF: Never put clothes in the sleeping bag compression bag!

Mystery of life
After I came back from canoe-camping with my eldest daughter I had noticed my AE shorts with the lace were missing and my black Aerie bra was missing. Today I also found my green cotton lace cami is missing. All 3 were items I took canoe-camping at Lac Temiscouata. My daughter assures me they did not find their way to Halifax.
So
1) My clothes decided to just vanish *poof*
2) Someone went through our tent while we were out one of the 3 days, and took my clothes
3) It's hiding somewhere in my truck
4) My daughter might find it at some point in her things [Highly unlikely]
For the record I've already replaced the black bra and the shorts. I've just realized I'm missing the army green cotton cami today and pretty annoyed.

GASP - I would never consider buying there!
When I got married for the first time back in 1987, I remember going shopping on St Hubert street in Montreal to find a headpiece to wear for my wedding. I believe I must have walked into 10 different wedding stores before I had staff actually come out to talk to me.
Between looking like I could be 16 and dressed to go shopping [jeans and running shoes] they all figured I was a waste of their time. Yet between the man I was going to marry and myself, we made probably 4 times the salary of women working in these shops. But we were not worth even a second of their time.
It doesn't seem like the wedding industry has changed much. Gotta love a store that feels they are too good to sell to you.
You go Keara! Have a great wedding and don't let the likes of Chris at GASP ruin what should be one of the most exciting days of your life.
