What does his children have to do with it

I'm talking about Osama Bin Laden's children.  Reports say that the Navy Seals left his children at the compound with their hands bound behind their backs. Right now it seems like no one wants these children except perhaps those involved with Al Qeda.

Don't these children have mothers? If their father is dead, should they not go with their mothers, wherever their mothers are from?

It seems Pakistan doesn't want to keep the children, because they fear they will end up in ultra conservative Islamic schools and be worshipped because of who their father was.

Ultimately since the US killed their father they should take responsibility for the children. These are innocent young souls who need people to take care of them, not be treated like the criminal their father was just because they are his children.
