Moose lodge? ??

This is found across the street from the courthouse in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield

 I won't tell you why I spent the day of April 21 in court these but  it was exceptionally stressful.  Thankfully I have no criminal record and got the best possible outcome. It cost me a day's work, a letter from my therapist, and $200 in fines.
