Don't you hate it when you throw out your back *coughing*

I know I hate throwing out my back by coughing. But it happens frequently enough. It hurts like a mofo too.  I was getting out of my chair and coughed. I was just at a wrong angle. And bam there goes my back. 

So I did not get to visit my daughter's ship. I couldn't move comfortably enough. I hope my back is going to be fine for work on Monday.
