Is 2019 going to be as bad as 2017 for spring flooding?

I'm hoping I won't be affected this year. In 2017 water came in through the storm sewer, the sewage sewer, and infiltrated through the cement of my basement.

I had backup valves installed on the the sewers, I had the cement fixed. So I'm hoping no water comes in, but I wont know until the water levels peak. There's the hole where the sump pump is that might be the only place water comes in.

My sump pump works all year round. My property is low so the pump keeps water from flooding my basement normally even when the river isn't coming out of it's bed.

The crazy part is that the shore of river is 1.5 km away from my house. I don't even have a water front property but my land is very low. Just barely 24m above sea level. Which is the same height as the locations that were flooded yesterday.

Currently my sump pump hole is very low and my sump pump is barely working. Right now my property isn't overloaded with water, but as the river keeps spilling the ground will become saturated, then I will see if all the improvements from 2017 makes it waterproof.
