Student designs coat that converts into sleeping bag to help homeless

Michigan design student Veronika Scott designed for a school project a coat that converts into a sleeping bag, that is fairly inexpensive to produce. Inspired by her work with the homeless and also part of a ongoing project that took a life of it's own, she's now marketing the coats.

I think it's something we should make available at homeless shelters in Canada's coldest cities.
